Event Setup - External Requests

When can I request this service?
Setup requests NOT requiring rentals:
Request should be submitted a minimum of 2 weeks prior to your event
Ensure your space booking includes a clear 3 hours of time booked prior to the time YOU wish to be in the space to provide an adequate window for our FSGs to complete the setup.
Revisions to your request must be submitted more than 10 days before your event or they won't be considered.

 
Setup requests with rentals: (External clients are responsible for arranging their own rentals)
Request should be submitted a minimum of 3 weeks prior to your event and a copy of your quote sent to facilities@kpu.ca quoting your setup ticket number
Ensure your space booking includes a clear 5 hours of time booked prior to the time YOU wish to be in the space to provide an adequate window for our FSGs and the external contractors to complete your setup. Also ensure your rental request is booked to be completed in that time frame.
Revisions to your rental request must be relayed to the Facilities team 2 weeks before your event.
Ensure your booking has a 3 hour window following your event for rental equipment to be picked up.
Who can request this service?
This form is for the use of any client external to KPU or our internal groups such as Students, KFA and KSA
What can be requested?
Setups for events or meetings happening at KPU. If rentals are required you will need to arrange them yourself.
Who does KPU use for rental equipment?
KPU contracts with Rowe Events when we need event equipment not available on-site.
Where can this work be performed?
Any location in KPU excluding classrooms
