This service is for groups external to KPU to enter a request to hold events and to book space at KPU. Primarily this service will be used by people who are neither KPU employees or students.

Discovered a pet sharing your space or a wasp nest that's bugging you. We can solve this issue.

Use this order form to request our services for Students, KFA, External Agencies etc. A quote may be requested upon request within this form.

This is for external clients and non-KPU employees to submit event setup requests.

KSA and KSA Clubs can submit requests to hold events on all KPU campuses. Note: There is a 4 week review/approval period.

This form is for the use of non-KPU employees such as members of the the KFA or KSA. If you are a KPU employee DO NOT use this form for submitting a request.

This service is for Students to submit their setup requests for their events.
