You can quickly view the status of your ticket(s) by logging into the service portal.
How do I check the status of my ticket?
- Go to the kpu.teamdynamix.com home page
- If you do not see your name displayed in the top right corner of the screen please click on "sign in" to log into the system

- On the Home page, click the button that says "Services"

- Once inside the service catalog screen a light grey title bar with red lettering opens up to allow you to select "Ticket Requests"

- To see more details for a ticket, including the ticket's description and any comments made on the ticket, click on the title of the ticket. This will take you to a detailed view of the ticket.
