How do I check the status of my service request?

You can quickly view the status of your ticket(s) by logging into the service portal.

How do I check the status of my ticket?

  1. Go to the kpu.teamdynamix.com home page
  2. If you do not see your name displayed in the top right corner of the screen please click on "sign in" to log into the system
  3. On the Home page, click the button that says "Services"
  4. Once inside the service catalog screen a light grey title bar with red lettering opens up to allow you to select "Ticket Requests"

  6. To see more details for a ticket, including the ticket's description and any comments made on the ticket, click on the title of the ticket. This will take you to a detailed view of the ticket.
