Zoom has updated the layout of the Zoom web portal to make navigation simpler and easier to use. You may notice that some options are now in different places. Here’s a quick look at what changed and where to find things now.
Home Page
Before
The previous Zoom web experience used a navigation menu on the left side of the screen.
After
The new Home page provides quick access to your most common actions:
- Start a meeting
- Join a meeting
- Schedule a meeting
You can also access your Zoom products and account options from the top-right corner.
Zoom Products
Before
Zoom products were accessed from the navigation menu on the left.
After
Select the Product Menu in the top-right corner to see the Zoom products available to you. Selecting a product opens it in a new browser tab.
Profile & Settings
Before
Your profile and various settings were available through the previous navigation menu.
After
Select your profile picture/name in the top-right corner.
You'll now see:
My Account
Use this for things related to your personal Zoom account, such as:
- Profile – Update your name and profile picture
- Settings – Manage your personal Zoom settings
- Reports – View your reports
- Personal Contacts – Manage your contacts
- Personal Devices – Manage your devices
- Recordings and Transcripts – Find your recordings and transcripts
