This service is for groups external to KPU to enter a request to hold events and to book space at KPU. Primarily this service will be used by people who are neither KPU employees or students.

If your event will require a setup please ensure ASTRA has 3 hours clear prior to your event in order to accommodate the time needed for a setup.

The information provided below will be used to send notifications to IT and Security about your event.

Setups and event rentals (tables, chairs, tenting, etc.) will need to be booked through an Event Setup form that needs to be submitted at least two week prior to the start of your event.

Catering will need to be booked through either Compass or Grassroots. Contact information will be sent to you if you choose this option below.
